Growing Our Community: BNA Welcomes Three New Commercial Members

The Biscayne Neighborhoods Association continues to grow, bringing together not only the residents and residential communities that make up our neighborhood, but also the businesses and professionals whose work helps those communities thrive. In Edgewater, where condominium living is such an important part of daily life, that network extends from the people who manage our buildings to the engineers who help maintain them and the specialists who support their financial health.
We are pleased to welcome three new commercial members to the BNA community: Alliance CAS, Marcon Forensics and Allied Property Group. Each brings a different area of expertise to our growing network, with services that are particularly relevant to Miami’s condominium and community associations.
Alliance CAS: Supporting the Financial Health of Communities
Running a condominium or homeowners association comes with significant financial responsibilities, and delinquent assessments can affect far more than an individual account. Associations must continue maintaining their properties, paying vendors, funding reserves and providing essential services even when some assessments remain unpaid.
Alliance CAS is a licensed third-party collection agency specializing in community association collections for condominium associations, HOAs and property owners associations. Founded in Florida in 2008, the company works with boards and property managers to recover delinquent assessments through notices, homeowner communication, payment arrangements and account management, while coordinating legal enforcement when necessary. Alliance says it has served more than 1,000 community associations and places particular emphasis on resolving accounts before litigation becomes necessary. For condominium communities navigating increasingly complex financial obligations, that specialized experience adds a valuable perspective to the BNA network.
Marcon Forensics & Engineering: Understanding and Protecting Our Buildings
Miami’s skyline may be defined by glass and concrete, but maintaining those buildings requires constant attention to what is happening beneath the surface. Structural conditions, water intrusion, deterioration and long-term repair needs have become particularly important issues as South Florida condominium associations navigate milestone inspections and reserve requirements.
Marcon is an engineering firm specializing in forensic investigations and structural assessments. Its services include milestone inspections, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies, building repair and restoration, waterproofing, construction-defect investigations, property assessments and geotechnical services. The firm investigates conditions ranging from structural damage and water intrusion to wind and fire damage and can provide engineering calculations, repair plans and construction-related support. In a coastal neighborhood dominated by vertical communities, expertise in understanding how buildings age, perform and need to be maintained is increasingly relevant to residents and associations alike.
Allied Property Group: Managing the Communities We Call Home
Behind every well-run condominium is an enormous amount of work that residents may rarely see. Budgets must be prepared, maintenance supervised, vendors coordinated, board meetings organized and resident concerns addressed, all while keeping a complex property operating every day.
Allied Property Group is a Miami-headquartered, family-owned property management company that has served South Florida since 2003. The company provides association management, financial and real estate services, working with condominium and homeowners associations on responsibilities that include property inspections, maintenance supervision, board meetings, vendor coordination, violation reporting and emergency response. Its financial services include budgeting, accounts receivable, financial reporting and internal controls. Property managers often sit at the intersection of the issues BNA works on every day, from public safety and infrastructure to legislation and quality of life, making their perspective an important part of the broader neighborhood conversation.
Three New Members, One Stronger Community
While their specialties are different, the three companies represent important parts of the same ecosystem. Alliance CAS works with associations on financial collections, Marcon Forensics focuses on the physical condition and engineering of buildings, and Allied Property Group helps manage the communities themselves.
That diversity of experience strengthens BNA’s ability to bring residents, associations, businesses and professionals into the same conversation about the future of Edgewater. As our neighborhood continues to grow and the responsibilities facing condominium communities become more complex, building those connections becomes even more valuable.
We are delighted to welcome Alliance CAS, Marcon Forensics and Allied Property Group to the Biscayne Neighborhoods Association and look forward to having them as part of our community.
Welcome to BNA.
