Own Your Block: September 23, 2023!

Mark your calendars and join us on September 23rd for the 'Own Your Block' community trash clean-up! We encourage each condominium to take ownership of its block by motivating its residents to participate in cleaning up the community. Being an engaged community means taking action to maintain the beauty of our neighborhoods.

Every condominium within the BNA Network is invited to "Own Your Block" by inviting residents to engage and participate. It would be best to assign a block leader to lead the participating residents and distribute supplies; this can be your maintenance staff, lifestyle coordinator, or a resident volunteer whom you trust.

Thanks the City of Miami Department of Solid Waste who will provide, essential materials like gloves, trash bags, pickers, and shovels will be provided to all participating condominiums. Representatives from each condo can collect these supplies from Biscayne Beach Residences during the week leading up to the event. To ensure an accurate count of supplies, we kindly request a final participation count by September 18th.
